Nina Santucci

Director

Nina has been a hairdresser for over 20 years and a salon owner for more than a decade. She believes that life is too short to have boring hair! She is passionate about colour, and is especially excited by bright and interesting colours.

Just as fashion never stays still, Nina believes in constant change and education to ensure her team is up to date with the latest trends and techniques. She loves everything about the hairdressing industry and her enthusiasm rubs off onto her team and their clients. No wonder she is a CPR Ambassador!

Shaun McGrath

Creative Director

Shaun was recognised in 2018 as the AHFA Avant Garde Hairdresser of the year. But most importantly, Shaun is Access Hair Creative Director with extra-special powers when it comes to creative cutting and curly hair. Like Nina, Shaun is CPR Ambassador and is already creatively engaged with CPR.

Sebastian Wall

Education Director

With more than 24 years’ industry experience, Sebastian is a master barber, cutting specialist, educator and the founder of Off The Wall Industries.

Known for a precise, tailored, and fashion forward approach, Sebastian creates bespoke haircuts that complement each client’s individual style, personality, and face shape. Drawing inspiration from the people in his chair, he focuses on delivering modern, wearable hair that feels authentic, effortless, and confidence building.
