Nina Santucci
Director
Nina has been a hairdresser for 22 years and a salon owner for more than a decade. She believes that life is too short to have boring hair! She is passionate about Pravana colour, especially bright and interesting colours. Just as fashion never stays still, Nina believes in constant change and education to ensure her team is up to date with the latest trends and techniques. She loves everything about the hairdressing industry and her enthusiasm rubs off onto her team and their clients.
Shaun McGrath
Creative Director
Shaun wears a few hats: 2018 AHFA Avant Garde Hairdresser of the year, Unite International Creative Team Member and Unite Australian Ambassador. But most importantly, Shaun is Access Hair Creative Director with extra-special powers when it comes to creative cutting and curly hair.
Gabi Driver
Education Director
A veteran of Access Hair and the Evolve education team, Gabi has been hairdressing for 20 years. With a background in fashion and textiles and a passion for science, she quickly fell in love with the fast-paced creative world of hairdressing. After training in some of Australia’s top salons, she became a passionate cutter and colourist, with a thirst for knowledge and the pursuit of the technical ‘why’.
Gabi loves styling a whole image for the total satisfaction of her clients.
